The production team behind Dhurandhar The Revenge has released a statement addressing widespread show delays across multiple languages on its release date, March 18, 2026. The highly anticipated film experienced technical difficulties impacting scheduled screenings.
Dhurandhar The Revenge opened to significant demand, with many screenings selling out in advance. However, some viewers, particularly those intending to watch regional language versions, experienced delays and cancellations.
In their statement, the filmmakers acknowledged the issues and outlined a revised schedule. "Most of our Hindi shows across India are running as scheduled from 5 pm onwards. All of our Tamil and Telugu shows will commence from 9 pm onwards. However, due to unforeseen technical difficulties, our Malayalam and Kannada shows will begin from tomorrow morning," the statement read.
The team addressed concerns from ticket holders impacted by the disruptions. Affected viewers who booked tickets for dubbed versions are offered the option of a full refund or viewing the Hindi version with subtitles.
"Dhurandhar is not just a film for us; it is something we have lived with, nurtured, and dreamed of sharing with each and every one of you, together, at the same moment, in every language," the makers stated, apologizing for the inconvenience.
The statement concluded with gratitude toward audiences and an assurance that the team is working to deliver the film as intended.
Notably, the first film in the franchise also experienced similar show disruptions despite high audience demand.
